Who is the legal entity?

The entity is Hakimerad Medical Consultancy. HakimeRAD Teleradiology is its teleradiology service line. Contracting, invoicing and due-diligence documentation are handled at entity level; the service line delivers the reporting.

Do you use artificial intelligence to diagnose?

We make no automated-diagnosis claim. Reports are produced by licensed reporting radiologists. Where software supports the workflow, it supports it — it does not read the study in place of the radiologist, and we do not market a capability that we have not deployed.

What happens to a report once it is signed?

It is returned to your facility and archived in the portal. Critical findings are notified to your named clinician, and the time of notification is recorded. Retention is defined per agreement, typically 7–10 years.

Can we speak to a reference customer?

Not yet, and we will not imply otherwise. Our pilot partnerships are at intent stage, and we do not publish client names, facility names or clinical results that we cannot substantiate.

The short version

HakimeRAD Teleradiology is a pre-launch service of Hakimerad Medical Consultancy. This website collects the details you type into the enquiry form, and it records which page and which campaign link brought you here. It does not collect patient information. It uses no advertising cookies, and it sets analytics cookies only if you accept them.

What we collect

If you submit the enquiry form, we receive what you enter: your organisation and its type, your city, the reporting problem you selected, your name, role, work email and work phone, whether you are authorised to enquire on the organisation's behalf, and any optional volume or priority information you choose to give.

We also record how you reached the site — the campaign parameters in the link you followed, the page that referred you, and the first page you landed on. This is attached to the enquiry so that we can tell which channels produce genuine institutional interest.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for, and do not want, patient images, radiology reports, or any information that identifies a patient — not through this website, not by email, and not on any messaging or social channel. If you send such material to an address published here, delete it and use the reporting portal instead.

This website does not process payments, does not ask you to enter clinical or health details, and does not require you to create an account.

How it is processed

Enquiry form. Submissions are transmitted through Web3Forms, a third-party form delivery service, and delivered by email to the team mailbox registered against the site's form key. Web3Forms processes the submission in transit; it does not receive anything beyond the fields you enter.

Measurement. When site measurement is enabled, it uses Google Analytics 4. Analytics storage is denied by default, so nothing is written to your device until you answer the consent banner. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies and reports the visit; if you decline or ignore the banner, every hit stays cookieless and the visit is measured in aggregate only. Advertising storage is denied in both cases. Enquiry field values are never sent to the measurement service — only the fact that a form was started or a submission was confirmed.

Server logs. The hosting provider keeps standard web server logs, including IP address, for security and troubleshooting.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the enquiry, then deleted. Measurement data is retained in aggregate according to the analytics property's retention setting.

Your choices

The analytics banner records your answer in your own browser, not on our servers. Clearing this site's data forgets the answer, so the banner appears again; deleting the site's cookies also removes any analytics cookies already set.

Write to enquiry@hakimerad.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If your enquiry reached us through the form, tell us the organisation name and the approximate date so we can find it.
