Pre-launch service. Availability and terms are confirmed at enquiry. We work with institutions, not individual patients.

Three ways to engage

No price list is published. The modality mix, monthly volume, urgency mix and coverage window decide the schedule, and those differ by facility.

What decides your quote

Five inputs. Send all five and the first response is a schedule rather than a question.

Modality mix — which of the seven modalities in scope you operate.
Monthly volume — indicative studies per month, by modality.
Urgency mix — the share of emergency, urgent and routine work.
Coverage window — business hours only, or nights and weekends.
Integration scope — whether the reporting workflow needs to be scoped against an existing PACS, RIS or EMR. Optional, and confirmed at enquiry.

Frequently asked questions

Because the price genuinely depends on the facility: a high-volume CT site and a low-volume radiography clinic are not the same engagement, and the urgency mix changes the reader cost. Publishing one number for both would be either wrong or misleading. We collect the five inputs above and return a schedule.

No. They are published targets, measured from upload: emergency and STAT 60–120 minutes, urgent within 4 hours, routine within 24 hours. Actual turnaround depends on the completeness of the study and the reader bench at the time. We do not describe them as guaranteed.

Imaging equipment, working internet for uploads, a named contact person and complete clinical information with each study. Imaging is performed at your facility; we do not install or operate scanning equipment. If PACS, RIS or EMR integration is in scope, we also need an authorised technical contact and a commissioning window outside peak reporting hours.

Yes. We quote multi-facility framework arrangements for regional groupings and health networks. Send the facility list with indicative volume by modality for each site, and we will structure the framework around it.

No. We work with institutions — hospitals, clinics, imaging centres and NGOs. There are no patient appointments, and no patient images, reports or identifiable patient information should be sent to any address published on this site.

Reports are produced by licensed reporting radiologists using structured reporting, including BI-RADS for mammography. A documented share of studies is planned to be independently second-read each month, currently set at 5–10%. That is a planned policy, not a track record, and we make no claim of certification or accreditation.
